What we are looking for

Welders:

Be able to follow safety procedures, must have knowledge of wire-feed welding, and possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Welders must be dependable, self-motivated, and responsible.

Fabricators:

Be able to read and follow blueprints and operate fabrication equipment such as brake, shear, and plasma table. Fabricators make the quality parts needed to build our trailer products.

Assemblers:

Be responsible for assembling, detail and quality control throughout the assembly process, and have knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems. Each project is brought together by assemblers who pay extra attention to detail and ensure top-notch quality that is worthy of the Wilkens brand.
